We partner with established professionals who have a proven track record. New businesses are welcome if the founder has relevant experience.

Professional References

We require at least two professional references from previous clients or partners. We take reputation seriously and expect the same from our partners.

No. Joining the Obsidian concierge partner network is completely free. There are no application fees, no membership costs, and no hidden charges. We earn when you earn — our 20% service fee is deducted from each booking, so you only pay when you get work.

How quickly will I hear back after applying?

We review every application within 48 hours. If your application meets our initial criteria, we’ll schedule a brief call to discuss your services, availability, and pricing. The full onboarding process typically takes 1–2 weeks.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed within 48 hours of service completion. We can pay via bank transfer, PayPal, or wire transfer — whichever works best for you. Every payment comes with a detailed statement showing the booking, service, and commission breakdown.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes, you set your own prices. We’ll work with you during onboarding to ensure your pricing aligns with the premium market, but ultimately you control your rates. You can update your pricing at any time through your partner portal.

How are bookings assigned to partners?

Our concierge team matches guest requests with the most suitable partner based on service type, availability, guest preferences, and past performance ratings. Partners with higher guest satisfaction scores receive priority for bookings.

What if a guest is unhappy with my service?
