Yes! Every Obsidian booking includes our Essential concierge service at no additional cost. This includes pre-arrival consultation, grocery pre-stocking coordination, restaurant recommendations, activity booking assistance, and email/phone support throughout your stay.
We recommend submitting concierge requests at least 2 weeks before your arrival for the best availability. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests — just reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Yes, you can modify or cancel concierge bookings with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Some services (like private chefs) may have specific cancellation policies which we’ll outline at the time of booking.
The Essential concierge service is included free with every booking. Premium and Bespoke concierge packages have additional fees. Individual services (chef, yacht, spa, etc.) are charged separately based on the specific service and provider. We’ll provide transparent pricing before any booking is confirmed.
